From Fathom conversations to clear follow-through

Fathom captures what happened in a meeting. Chiefora helps your team review what still needs to happen: commitments, decisions, open questions, and risks, kept with the meeting context.

Chiefora does not join your calls or record audio. Connect Fathom using its secure OAuth flow, sync available meetings, and choose which meeting to import.

How the Fathom integration works

Connect and import in a few clear steps:

• Sign in to Chiefora and open Integrations.
• Choose Connect Fathom and authorize the requested access on Fathom.
• Sync your available meetings, then select a meeting to import.
• Review the imported transcript and any Chiefora AI suggestions before confirming records.

Your team stays in control

Importing a Fathom meeting creates a reviewable meeting record. It does not silently create commitments or decisions. Check the source, edit or remove suggestions, and confirm only what your team agrees is accurate.

Your pre-import Fathom meeting list is private to your connection. Once you import a meeting, it becomes workspace content available to authorized workspace members.

A secure, optional connection

Chiefora connects through Fathom OAuth and only accesses meeting data permitted by your authorization. Connection credentials stay on the server and are encrypted in storage. You can disconnect Fathom from Chiefora at any time and revoke access in Fathom settings.

Fathom must be enabled for your Chiefora deployment before you can connect. If Connect Fathom is unavailable in Integrations, ask your workspace administrator whether the integration has been configured.

No Fathom account? You can still use Chiefora

Paste meeting notes or a transcript, or upload a supported text or Markdown file. Chiefora can help organize follow-ups from your source material without Fathom.
