1. The service and its operator

These terms are effective September 29, 2026 and govern the Chiefora meeting follow-up service at getchiefora.com. Chiefora is operated by Chiefora from Pakistan for users worldwide. Contact support@getchiefora.com with questions about these terms.

Chiefora helps users import meeting text, review AI suggestions, and track commitments, decisions, questions, and risks in a shared workspace. Chiefora at getchiefora.com is independent of and has no affiliation with chiefora.com.

2. Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. If you use Chiefora for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

Workspace owners and administrators manage membership. Content imported into a workspace can be accessed by its authorized members. Review who belongs to your workspace before adding confidential meeting material.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give the operator permission to host, store, transmit, and process that content as needed to provide the features you use, including requested AI analysis and connected services.

Only upload or import material you have permission to use. You are responsible for required notices, consent, and other permissions relating to meeting participants, recordings, transcripts, and personal information.

4. AI suggestions and human review

Chiefora AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading suggestions. Review the original meeting evidence, names, owners, dates, and decisions before confirming any output or acting on it. Confidence indicators are model estimates, not guarantees.

AI suggestions remain in a review flow until confirmed. The service does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, or your organization’s approval procedures. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the service.

5. Fathom and other service providers

Connecting Fathom authorizes Chiefora to access data permitted by your Fathom account and consent. You choose which available meetings to import. Fathom and other providers operate under their own terms and may change or interrupt their services.

Disconnecting Fathom removes the saved local connection and private meeting catalog. Meetings already imported into the workspace remain. Revoke Chiefora’s authorization in Fathom settings to remove access at the provider as well.

6. Acceptable use

Use Chiefora lawfully and respect other users and their data.

• Do not access another person’s account or organization without authorization.
• Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not bypass security controls, abuse service limits, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use AI output to misrepresent what a meeting participant said or agreed to.

7. Beta availability and pricing

Chiefora is currently offered as a free beta, subject to service limits. Features, availability, and limits may change as the product develops. Any future paid offer should state its price, billing terms, and cancellation rules before you purchase it.

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, errors, and data loss are possible. Keep copies of important source documents outside the service. This wording does not exclude rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

8. Ending use and resolving problems

You can stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. Stopping use or leaving a workspace does not automatically delete organization records. The current application does not offer full account deletion or export controls.

Contact support@getchiefora.com to request account closure, content access, correction, export, or deletion, or to report suspected misuse. Chiefora may verify your identity and authority, and organization records may be controlled by a workspace administrator.

Chiefora may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. When practical, Chiefora will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory rights available where you live, the courts of Pakistan have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Chiefora is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Chiefora may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel when required by law.
